The IDEAL candidate will be:
Escrow Officer with a minimum of five years experience
in the officer role
Texas licensed with Department of Insurance
Responsible for client relationships as well as overseeing the production of settlement statement
Have attention to detail
Will close and fund transactions
Create packets, balance files, and cut checks
Open to close escrow files
Work with the Escrow Assistant open to close
Work with multiple underwriters for quick turnaround
Knowledge of Ramquest is a plus!
