This role:
We currently have an exciting vacancy for a partner, associate solicitor or senior solicitor (6 years' PQE)
to join our growing Residential Property team, based in our Reading, Henley-on-Thames or Wokingham offices, with hybrid working.
You will play a key role in the continued growth and success of our busy team, with key developments in the past 12 months including the opening of our office in Wokingham and the acquisition of the business of Reading-based Thompson Leatherdale.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing an agreed caseload of clients, delegating to and supervising other team members
Processing clients’ cases on a timely and cost effective basis
Maintaining the highest professional standards in accordance with the firm’s objectives and comply with the firm’s quality standards
Keeping clients fully informed of the range of services that the firm offers
Supporting business development and networking activities
The successful candidate will:
A minimum of 6 years' PQE as a solicitor, chartered legal executive or licensed conveyancer
Preferably have good local connections with agents and experience of business development
Be enthusiastic and hard working
Have excellent interpersonal skills with good written and verbal skills
Be a team player and reputable
Share and embody our values of excellence, integrity and approachability
