Profile

Responsibilities;

This role works with cross functional business units as a key member of the team to ensure that programs are being managed using program management best practices supporting the implementation and planning of fulfillment operations.
Oversee output from engineering, procurement, fulfilment implementation, and commissioning teams as a client advocate
Review business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive efforts to fill capacity and meet set targets
Contribute to the mnagement objectives.
Coordinate business efforts and supporting the regions.
Ability to work as part of a team and display a positive attitude for a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Research and analysis of system issues and regional questions will be required.
The person will coordinate efforts with the business, stakeholders,vendor, and internal partners.
Will take and distribute notes for all meetings.
Should be able to easily communicate with multiple levels of the organization.
To support in other properties within the Cluster as required, according to the business needs.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree
2years-4 year of experience in related field.
Lead and organize project team through complete project lifecycle: Tender, Concept, Design, Implementation, Manufacturing, Testing, Shipping & Delivery, SIT, Installation and Commissioning, Lessons Learned and Archiving
Intermediate skills using Office 365 Platform (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong written and communication skills.
