Land Real Estate Listing WordPress Theme with Mortgage Calculator
I need to create a real estate listing website for land sales. Would even consider making it a plugin so it could be used on several sites.
I had a developer working on the site...but they wont get back to me....and I am getting ready to scrap the work they did and move on to someone that can deliver.

I am not tied to anything they have developed...so there is a free canvas to create within the requirements. Most importantly, the site is really clean code and optimized for speed as well as SEO. Light themes could be Astra or GeneratePress. I have licenses for both.
Schema Types for listings should be a product. Research has indicated that is what Zillow uses for property listing schemas.
With selling vacant land, there are many differences than a house website. I have looked at several real estate plugins, none of them really do what I need.
I have included a listing details document as well as a document on payment details and seller financing. Ina nut shell, each property may have different payment plans, as well as a low cash price.
Clicking on a buy now should open up a modal form and send the details to me via gravity forms. Data will also be sent to Infusionsoft for some automation and campaigns. We do not need you to do any of the Infusionsoft campaign building.
Each payment will require a mortgage type of calculation, factoring in admin fees, real estate taxes...etc.

Included is a cascading csv list for drop down selections. Order is: State | County | City | Zip
This is to be used to create the listing location.

Additionally, I have Advanced Custom Fields set up...so there my be some tweaks to that, but the bulk of the work will be locations integration for permalinks, and custom programming from ACF.
But like I said, in an ideal world...this is a plugin with a theme coded for the plugin.
