Requirements:

Graduate caliber individual with 5 - 8 years’ experience in broad spectrum of Retailing, of which 3 years are solid experience in Real Estate or Sales &Ops in challenging environments.

Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills

Ability to deliver through Partners

Ability to manage Real Estate asset management through various tools and software

Ability to manage and forecast the valuation of the RE portfolio for the assigned area

Highly articulate, numerate and skilled at writing investment proposals.

Developed knowledge of property market.

Project Management capability
