My client are an independent, family run Estate Agency based in Beeston and they are looking to recruit someone to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have ideally have two years previous experience in an Administrative or Customer Service based role. Ideally we are looking for someone with experience, however we will consider applicants who are keen to secure a career in the Estate Agency sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team who will offer fantastic training.
You must be able to drive and have a clean UK licence to be considered for this role.
Duties to include:
Carrying out viewings of residential properties and negotiating sales
Booking Valuations
Obtaining mortgage leads
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
Maintaining applicant database
Co-ordinating sales to completion
Conduct effective accompanied viewings
