Profile

Cox, Castle & Nicholson is seeking associates with at least 3 years of real estate transactional experience. Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, retail and/or office leasing, joint ventures, and/or financing, but experience in all areas is not required. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and solid foundational training. Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred. Cox Castle has a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for employees.
