Manage the design, entitlement and construction of the Company's development sites.

Required Outcomes
- Work with Underwriting Manager to gain insight to property level information that will
help inform the design and construction decisions.
- Hire Architect, Engineer, General Contractor and other vendors and manage all parties
through entire development process on the metrics of time, cost and quality.
Experience
-5 years of Real Estate Development experience
-College Degree preferred
-High attention to detail or organizational skills
-Great relationship building skills
