The website needs to be similar in layout to the website below PLEASE Read all 10 requirements

Conditions:
1) Must be available to chat from during USA working hours (9 am - 5 pm Central time)
2) Must speak English (100%)
3) I need to be able to do basic edits of text later on.
4) Has to look good on mobile phones and Ipads
5) Needs to upload quickly.
6) Needs to have same functions or better of the website provided.
7) have to be able to integrate virtual tours of the units in the website.
8) There are 7 unit type under the unit type need to be able to click photos. The photos pop up and client can press to see next photo.
9) Also under the unit need to be able to click virtual tour and it takes them to this tour [login to view URL]
10) Websites will have 5 pages plus pop up photo album for each unit (3) plus pages for a virtual tour for each unit (3)
