Aon Is Looking For A Real Estate Project AnalystAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Corporate Real Estate team in Chicago, IL!Your Impact As A Real Estate Project AnalystThe Real Estate Project Analyst is responsible for updating real estate dashboards and reporting tools , thinking through change management programs for new projects, drafting communications and creating presentations for senior management. A keen interest in real estate is crucial and some deal analysis skills required to make strategy decisions.Analytics ResponsibilitiesTranslate CRE business strategy into presentations and financial models. Creatively convert text to graphics for presentations to enhance data visualizations.Support the team by leading special projects that lead to process improvements and adoption of new systems.Review and analyze quantitative data, legal documents and other materials as part of an opportunity assessment or due diligence processAssist team members in the evaluating and structuring real estate transactions and in providing strategic planningAssist leadership team with research to ensure we stay on top of pioneering workplace trendsTransaction ManagementRole will support transaction managers in the completion of lease transactions and will be groomed to handle small scale transactions independently.Lease Administration ResponsibilitiesFamiliarity with commercial lease documentsCommunication and Change Management ResponsibilitiesInterest and ability to communicate real estate plans to colleagues through written and verbal presentationsStrong skills of identifying potential issues pro-actively and formulating solutions and contingency plans.Process Management experience or demonstrated skills to show to initiatives should be sequencedConsensus -building: Key partner and collaborators are geographically dispersed.
