JOB SUMMARY
Under limited supervision, the purpose of this position is to manage client accounts and staff for 3D visualization projects.
Leads a team of 3D artists creating virtual environments from existing CAD models, existing model files and conceptual art.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages projects to deliver 3D models to customers within time and budget parameters. Tracks and analyzes project metrics (budget, costs, time to completion).
Primary duties consist of the design, development, documentation, testing, and modification of interactive visualizations, including prototypes, based on and related to client or system design specifications.
Supports the overall look of interactive visualizations to maintain a consistent brand and high quality of art and design across all projects.
Improves 3D modeling team process and pipeline by analyzing current projects and researching potential systems or software to improve overall team efficiency and quality.
Collaborates with product and engineering teams on both internal and external bugs & feature improvements.
Ensures customers are satisfied with product deliverables.
Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. Requires technical knowledge, training and understanding of the job's requirements. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Real Estate, Architecture, or Interior Design and understanding of building terminology and design documentation. Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience with delivering projects on time and on budget.
Hands on software experience with 3DS Max, Maya, Revit, Rhinoceros, Sketchup, AutoCAD & Adobe Creative Suite.
Hands-on experience with 3D visualization, renderings, animation, and/or real-time environments.
Experience with gaming or real-time environments (e.g. Unity3D, Unreal Engine, etc.)
Account Management experience and/or experience managing customers or clients.

Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
