In year one you will:

Increase property revenue by building a high performing team with strengths in sales and service

Assess, train and develop your team on salesmanship and operational best practices

Build strong relationships with maintenance professionals to ensure your property presents best in class

Assist in management of capital projects

Communicate directly with owners on property performance

The ideal candidate has:

At least 3-5 years of property management experience

Exposure to 3rd Party Management

Solid business acumen

A college degree
