Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is seeking an associate to join our Affordable Housing Team in the firm’s San Francisco Office. The ideal candidate would have 2 – 7 years of transactional experience, in either corporate or real estate law. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and be a self-starter with an interest in representing developers in all aspects of the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and operation of affordable housing projects, including major mixed-income and mixed-use developments. The scope of work will include joint venture work, conventional and bond-financed loan work (borrower side), purchase and sale agreements, and general real estate work involved in acquisitions and dispositions of real property.
