Responsibilities

This internship is designed for current college students, undergraduate or graduate seeking a career in commercial real estate. Participation in the program is intended to provide exposure to the commercial real estate valuation business by working alongside a team of talented valuation professionals in the largest and most successful global commercial real estate services firm.

The internship accelerates your learning and development by providing you with a foundation upon which to build your commercial real estate career. As a program participant, you will also partake in learning and development activities designed to assist you in a potential career in commercial real estate valuation.

Qualifications

This internship is designed for candidates with a strong academic background, preferably in business, real estate, or a quantitative field of study. Applicants should be disciplined, self-motivated, seek to learn about commercial real estate valuation, have excellent listening skills, and be able to work equally well individually or in group environments. Interest in the Multi-family property type is preferred.
