Property Supervisors are the primary contact with the Boards of Directors, and the Onsite Community Manger. This active position includes the overall supervision of the associaition management personnel, inspecting the assigned communities on a weekly basis, initiating recommended repairs and replacements, assigning work orders and monitoring work, solicitation of bids, processing design review requests, preparation for and attending board meetings and the preparation and presentation of all financials.
