Haynes Boone is seeking a senior associate or counsel with at least six years of business litigation experience to join our New York office. The ideal candidate will have extensive commercial real estate litigation experience and also corporate litigation experience, including preparation of pleadings and dispositive motions, drafting injunction papers, e-discovery, discovery disputes, as well as taking and defending depositions. There is a strong preference for bars in both New York and New Jersey. This is not a must, however, if the candidate is familiar with practicing in multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate also will have extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts (New York and/or New Jersey preferred). Candidate should be confident to be the lead attorney on several matters, have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and research skills, and should enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting.
