The National Director of Growth is primarily responsible for supporting the organization’s experienced sales associate recruiting efforts. This role will identify, attract and grow Coldwell Banker Realty’s team of top real estate agents whose Gross Commission Income (GCI) is at a minimum $200,000 for the last twelve months (“experienced agents”).
