AMMCG is currently seeking a highly experienced (8 years) real estate/transactional attorney to work in our scenic Avila Beach office.  The successful candidate will have significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial purchase agreements, sale agreements and commercial leases, dealing with complex permitting and easement issues, performing due diligence for real estate and corporate transactions, and negotiating and documenting other complex commercial transactions.  Our office has an excellent work environment and great opportunity for growth.  Please send a cover letter and CV to  info@ammcglaw.com
